Kevin Townson is a Classical, Flamenco guitarist and composer currently based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He performs as a soloist and with his Latin jazz group, The Kevin Townson Group.

Kevin has been performing professionally since 1980 and holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Classical Guitar Performance from The University of North Texas.

In addition to his performances, he has been teaching guitar since 1985 and is currently the Director of the Childbloom Guitar Program in Weatherford, Texas in Parker County where he has been introducing guitar to kids since 1994.
